My thoughts
This is a cute and quick read of the romcom variety reminiscent of the old movie "My Best Friend's Wedding." Carleigh and her best friend Lawson had a marraige pact, but when their 35th birthday arrives- he calls to tell her he is already engaged. Carleigh leaver her other best friend Spencer, to try to stop a a marraige that cannot be right for Lawson. In the meantime Carleigh explores her feelings for both best friends. I read this book in a day. It is filled with both cute interactions and smack your head moments when you know Carleigh is headed for trouble. It was a fun read, cozy romance and perfect for the upcoming summer reading season!
