Undeniably Yours
Becky Wade is celebrating her latest swoon-worthy novel, Undeniably Yours (Bethany House), with a Kindle Fire giveaway and hosting an Author Chat party on Facebook {5/29}!
One winner will receive:
A little about the book: Meg Cole loses her father and becomes majority shareholder of a major oil company, requiring her to leave her little life working at a museum to return home and run the family business--something she has no desire to do. Her anxiety is on the rise as she attempts to fill her father's shoes. New people come into her life, one in particular is Bo Porter, the the manager of her father's thoroughbred farm-whom she tried to fire.
My thoughts: In Undeniably Yours, even the minor characters are vivid and like-able. I would like to have seen a little more about Stephen, but I think the lack of information emphasized his lack of emotion. The story moves along nicely. The romance is sweet, and there is a bit of suspense. The Christian element is strong. I took away a lot of great applications, like what I have isn't really mine--I am a steward of His money, His house, etc. The plot also demonstrates God's faithfulness and how He uses each of us to encourage and help others. I really enjoyed reading this book!
