My Thoughts

I love Tessa Afshar's books. This one did not disappoint. It transported me into the Old testament and into the court of Queen Esther (one of my favorite stories of the Bible). I fell in love with Roxannah, Adin, Sisy, and friends. The friendships, lessons and growth are beautiful and real, providing a wonderful reminder of who our God is and what only His presence can do for us. I highly recommend this book, or anything by Afshar!
